Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NoW, THEREFgRE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DgES gRDAIN AS F~LLgWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on September 27, 1989, as bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the Glenwood <br />area at the corner of Glenwood Boulevard <br />and l7th Avenue, T17S, R3W, 534, Map 34, <br />Parcel 440, as more particularly <br />described qn Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference <br />~oregon Freightways, EC EU 89-2G~. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Glenwood Water District and <br />Willamalane Park and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
