Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on November 8, 1989, as bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the River Road <br />region of North Eugene, North of Iinoop <br />Lane, East of Mayfair Street, South of <br />Hawthorne Avenue, T17S, R4W, 524, Map 33, <br />Parcel 4800, 2S~ Hawthorne Street, as more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference ~4' Leary, EC EU 89-29~ . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Seotion 2.
