'i::-,~"- _...------~;:..- -~\:, -".\ RESOLUTION NO. 907 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THOSE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN GRANT APPLICATIONS, BONDS, CONTRACTS, ETC. AND TO OTHERWISE ACT ON BEHALF OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF EUGENE. t- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a public body created' under ORS 457.035, as follows: ~ Section 1. Micheal Gleason or his designate is hereby au thor i zed to sign and execute on behalf of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene as its Director, grant applications, bonds, contracts, and other documents as may be required from time to time. .>' ..,,.' Section 2. Micheal Gleason or his designate is further authorized on behalf of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene, as its Director, to: (a) Prepare the annual budget; (b) Make all purchases; (c) Appo i n t and remove all employees of the Urban Renewal Agency; (d) Enforce all resolutions of the Urban Renewal Agency; (e) Act as business agent for the Agency for the sale of real estate and other matters relating to franchises, leases and other business and property transactions; (f) Prepare and furn i sh all repor ts reques ted by the Agency; (g) Perform such other duties as the Agency directs; and (h) Administer and implement the powers and authority conferered upon the Urban Renewal Agency by ORS 457.170, 457.180 and 457.190 .:;!. ~ _ Section 3. . The matters contained herein concern the public welfare, and this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and remains in effect until changed by action of the Urban Renewal Agency.
