<br />~ 58 -Ol-~ /5" <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />Establishing a Residential Pe~it Parking Zone <br />For the South Side of W 19~ Avenue Between Olive and Willamette Streets <br /> <br />The Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />A. Administrative Rule R-S.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br />Regulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br />zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />B. In May of 2001, the City received an application signed by over 50% <br />of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential permit <br />parking zone for the south side of W 19th Ave. between Olive and willamette St. <br /> <br />C. Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br />zone was given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br />proposed zone. <br /> <br />D. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br />with the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-S.040. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Administrative Rule R-S.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br />that: <br /> <br />1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br />parking zone: <br /> <br />The south side of W 19th Avenue between Olive and Willamette Street. <br /> <br />2. The zone shall be designated Zone F and shall allow 2-hour public <br />parking between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br />holidays and except Zone F permitted vehicles. <br /> <br />3. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br />designated herein may apply for a Zone F permit entitling the holder thereof to <br />preferential long-term parking at Zone F signed parking areas within the <br />designated zone. <br /> <br />4. permi t applications shall be processed as provided in Administrative <br />Rule R-S.040. <br /> <br />Dated this ~ day of June, 2001 <br /> <br />- ~. <br />q;:;;!~C-- <br /> <br />Thomas C.
