ORDINANCE TdO. ~~/ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described easement, to-wit: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 8, Black 9, <br />of Hollenbeck's Addition to Eugene, as platted and <br />recorded on page 27, volume 6, Lane County Oregon <br />Plat Records said point is also the True Point of <br />Beginning; thence South 0 0 ° 15 ` 0 0 "` East 3 0.0 feet; <br />thence East 150.0 feet; thence North 00 ° 05 " 00 "" irTest <br />30.4 feet; thence West 150.0 feet to the True Point <br />of Beginning. ~A&~, Inc. - Ev 78-15~ <br />On the 4th day of April, x.979, the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed Ordinance No. 183G9 setting a hearing to be held on the <br />9th day of May, 1979 at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, <br />Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be <br />heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 9th day of May, 1979, at 12:00 <br />o'clock noon, Pacific Daylight rime, and at that time and place the <br />Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the easement to be <br />vacated have consented to th.e vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EC~GEi~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. The City Council af~the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by <br />law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing <br />or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property has <br />been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public inter- <br />est will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the easement. <br />Ord~.nance - 1 <br />
