ORDINANCE NO. ~p~ An ordinance vacating the following described Alley, to-wit: The 12-foot wide alley in Block 4 of Westmoreland as recorded in Book 8, Page ~6, Lane County, Oregon deeds and records. Reserving herein an easement for public utilities above ground, on ground level, and underneath the ground, and the right of access to construct, re- construct, and maintain the same over the above de- scribed property. 4West Towne Plaza Assn AV 79-~1y on the 2nd day of May, 19?9, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18388 setting a hearing to be held on the 13th day of June, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described Alley. Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 13th day of June, 1979, at noon Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the Alley to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLowS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and na valid objections have been made at the hearing or filed.
