ORDINANCE NO. ~p~ <br />An ordinance vacating the following described Alley, to-wit: <br />The 12-foot wide alley in Block 4 of Westmoreland <br />as recorded in Book 8, Page ~6, Lane County, Oregon <br />deeds and records. <br />Reserving herein an easement for public utilities <br />above ground, on ground level, and underneath the <br />ground, and the right of access to construct, re- <br />construct, and maintain the same over the above de- <br />scribed property. 4West Towne Plaza Assn AV 79-~1y <br />on the 2nd day of May, 19?9, the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18388 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 13th day of June, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />Alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 13th day of June, 1979, at <br />noon Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the Alley to be <br />vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLowS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and na valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />
