<br />An ordinance levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and sidewalks on

<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common council of the City of Eugene aid by Qrdinance # 17870 ~ 17872 , adopted by
<br />the Common Council on the 28th day of Februar , 19 77 , determine to pave streets
<br />and construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and sidewalks on Bertelsen Road from 11th
<br />Avenue to Royal Avenue,
<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.145 of the City Code, determine to
<br />assess for Special Saver Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the iu~provement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
<br />the iaw in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed .have been ascertained to be,
