ORDINANCE NO. IS6v~ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described Pedestrian <br />Right of way, to-wit: <br />A 10-foot wide pedestrian right of way contiguous <br />to Lots 12, 13, 21, and 22, Block 8 as platted and <br />recorded in Second Addition to Cambridge Park, in <br />book 53, page 9, Lane County Oregon Deed Records. <br />Reserving herein an easement for public utilities <br />above ground, on ground level, and underneath the <br />ground, and the right of access to construct, re- <br />construct, and maintain the same over the above de- <br />scribed property. ~Abarr, Hanamura, Spear, Stredde <br />EV 79-1~ <br />On the 2nd day of May, 1979, the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18390 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 13th day of June, 1979, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />Pedestrian Right of way. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a <br />hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 13th day of June, 1979, at <br />noon Pacific Daylight Savings Time, and at said time and place <br />the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the Pedestrian <br />Right of way to be vacated have consented to the vacation and <br />applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />
