Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUGEP~E DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOI~S <br />Section 1. .That the tata1 cost of paving, sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer and pedestrian way within Clayey Plat 1st Addition.
