ORDINANCE NO.~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR paY~ng, sanitary sewer, storm sewer & pedestrian way <br />to serve Anton Subdivision & Amber Subdivision , and sanitary sewer constructs an wi thi n <br />160 feet of the east boundary of Anton Subdivision; and paving, sanitary sewer and <br />storm sewer construction within Kerrick Subdivision, and sanitary sewer within 160 feet <br />of the north boundary of Kerrick Subdivision Job #1335,1601 & 1654} <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS <br />2985 &3006 Au ust 23 and Se tember 27 <br />The City Gauncil of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. adopted ~ p <br />19 78, determine to pave streets and construct sanitary sewer, storm sewer and pedestrian <br />way to serve Anton Subdivision and ,Amber Subdivision, and corls~ruct sanitary sewer within <br />160 feet of the east boundary of Anton Subdivision; and pave streets and construct <br />sanitary sewer and storm sewer within Kerrick Subdivision and sanitary sewer within <br />160 feet of the north boundary of Kerrick Subdivision <br />The City Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements an Ma 14 , l9 79 ; <br />The local improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract and applicable <br />provisions of the Eugene City Cade and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be: <br />Item 1.
