ORDINANCE NO, ~S <br />An ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />The Southerly 20 feet of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, <br />. and 21, Second Addition to Sweetbriar, as platted <br />and recorded on File 73, Slide 305, Lane County, <br />Oregon Plat Records. <br />RESERVING herein all public utility, sidewall~, and <br />slope easements established as part of the plat of <br />Second Addition to Sweetbriar Subdivision as platted <br />and recorded on File 73, Slide 308, of the Lane <br />County, Oregon plat records and, the right to enter <br />in and upon the same for purposes of construction, <br />reconstruction, maintenance and repairs. ~Stimac <br />SV ?9-8~ <br />On the 7th day of May, 1980, the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed ordinance No. 18619 setting a hearing to be held an <br />the 11th day of June, 1980, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />street, <br />.Notice was duly and regularly given ~f the hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pux~sua~nt to the ordinance at the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 11th day of June, 1980, at Noon, <br />Pacif is Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the street to be va- <br />cated have consented to the vacation and applied far the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLQWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as <br />by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear- <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
