DO feet and South 0°~5~' DO" hest 7.00 feet from <br />the common cornea for lots 19, 20, ~1, and 2~, <br />MUSHROOM, as platted and recorded in File 7~, Slides <br />1~3 and 1~4, Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence <br />South 89°35'00" East 4.10 feet; thence South 41°53' <br />15" East l5 D . 2 6 feet; thence along the arc of a 5 ~ . 0 <br />foot radius curve left the chord of which curve bears <br />South 50°33'20" 'hest 7.D1 feet a distance of 7.O1 <br />feet; thence North 41°53'15" West 148.36 feet; thence <br />North D°25'00" East 5.9D feet to the Point of Beginning <br />in Lane County, Oregon. Investments EV ?9-14~} <br />On the 7th day of May, 198D, the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed Ordi~,ance No. 18620 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 11th day of June, 1980, at the Council Chambers at City ~~all, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the pxoposed vacation of the above described <br />public utility easement. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given o~ the hearing and a hear- <br />ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, vn the 11th day of June, 1980, at Noon, <br />Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons ~wnirig property abutting upon the public utility <br />easement to be vacated hake consented to the vacation and applied <br />for the same . <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES oRD~ZN AS F~LL~~'S: <br />Section 1.
