ORDINANCE NO.. <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described easement, to-wit: <br />The northerly l 6 feet of a 3 0 f oat s to rrn drainage <br />easement located on and along the southerly boundary <br />of Lots 8, 9, la, and ll, except far the westerly 7 <br />feet of lot 9 and the easterly 7 feet of lot 14, all <br />in Birdnest Subdivision as platted and recorded in <br />File 73, Slide .356 in Lane County Plat Records, Lane <br />County, Oregon. Bird EV 80--4~. <br />On the 22nd day of October, 195, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 15714 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 3rd day of December, 1980, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation o~ the above described <br />easement. <br />Notice was duly ar~d regularly given of the hearing and a hear-~ <br />,ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 3rd da,y of December, 19SD, at <br />noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at s~.id time and place the Council <br />heard all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the easement to be <br />vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was pub~.ished and posted as <br />by law required and no valid objections hive been made at the hear- <br />ing or filed. The consent o~ the owners of the abutting property <br />has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the pub- <br />lic interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the easement. <br />Ord~.~~ance -~ 1 <br />
