ORDINANCE NO. ~~ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described streets and <br />alleys , to--wit <br />25th Avenue between Amazon Parkway and Hilyard <br />Street; 32nd Avenue, from the west margin of <br />Hilyard Street west a distance of 178~feet; the <br />alley between 32nd Avenue and 33rd Avenue, from <br />the west margin of Hilyard Street west a dis- <br />tance of 176.5 feet; the alley between 33rd Ave- <br />nue and 34th Avenue from the west margin of Hil- <br />yard Street west a distance of 176.93 feet, all <br />as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by ref <br />erence . ~~, i ty o f Eugene Sv 8 d - 4 } <br />On the 26th day of November, 1980, the City Council of the City <br />of Eugene passed Ordinan~ <br />the 14th day of January, <br />Eugene, Oregon, at which <br />could be heard as to the <br />streets and alleys. <br />Notice was duly and <br />ce No. 1,8?22 setting a hearing to be held on <br />1951, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />time and place protests and remonstrances <br />proposed ~racation of the above described <br />regularly gi~ren of the hearing and a hear-- <br />ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at th.e Council Chambers, at <br />City Hall, Eugene., Gregvn, on the 14th day of January, 1981, at noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard <br />all objections. <br />All persons owning property abutting upon the streets and <br />alleys to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for <br />the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was publ~.shed and posted as by <br />law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing <br />Ordinance -- 1 <br />
