b. The Parking Services Manager is authorized to issue delivery vehicle permits. <br />C. The permits must be clearly displayed in the lower center of windshield when <br />pickup or couriering is performed. <br />d. The permit remains the property of the City of Eugene and must be surrendered <br />upon demand by any authorized officer. <br />e. The permit may not be used in addition to time on the meter. <br />f. The permit holder is prohibited from allowing a vehicle not listed on the permit <br />application from using the permit. <br />g. A fee established in accordance with EC 2.020 and EC Chapter S will be charged <br />for delivery vehicle permits. Permits are issued for the calendar year and fees are <br />prorated based on purchase date. <br />410 Violations Violations of the terms of the permit, as established by this order, will be <br />penalized as follows: <br />a. 2nd violation: 10 days suspension of permit. <br />b. 3rd violation: 30 days suspension of permit. <br />C. 4th violation: revocation of permit. <br />Failure to surrender a suspended permit within 10 days of the date of notification of the <br />suspension will result in the cancellation of that permit for the remainder of the year. <br />Continued non - compliance may .result in an examination of whether permits will be <br />issued. <br />Dated and effective this - da y of June 2010. <br />Thomas C.
