AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING AUTHORITY OF COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS TO DIRECT TRAFFIC AND AMENDING SECTIONS 2.660, 5.010 5.060 5.0657 5.275 AND 5.276 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. i Section 1. Section 2.660 of the Eu Code, 1971, is amended to provide: 6 6 0 Police Department - Duties, Generally. (1) The chief of police and all cit police officers shall have all the powers of arrest permitted a peace officer under the laws of the state.
