ADMINISTRATION OF OATHS OF OFFICE <br />Deputy City Recorder Sandra Stubbs administered the oath of office to Eugene City Councilors Alan <br />Zelenka of Ward 3, George Poling of Ward 4, Mike Clark of Ward 5, and Pat Farr of Ward 6. <br />VII.
