Describe the long-term (35 year multiple objective capital improvement program <br /> (including water quality, flood control and sw-related natural resources projects as <br /> well as stream corridor acquisitions) and proposed new development standards that <br /> would, together and along with the other multitude of activities in the stormwater <br /> program, address the identified problems and opportunities; and <br /> <br /> Describe the City's drainage criteria for design of stormwater system improvements. <br /> <br /> E. The drainage criteria for design ofstormwater system improvements contained in the <br />Basin Plans, and other specific information about design storm events and analysis and design <br />methods serve as guidance to the City and the public and are neither requirements nor prohibited <br />conduct. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> The Executive Manager of the Public Works Department of the City of Eugene orders <br />and directs that: <br /> <br /> 1. The Eugene Stormwater Basin Master Plans (Basin Plans) are hereby approved, and <br />shall be utilized by staff of the Public Works Department in lieu of the 1990 Otak Areawide <br />Drainage Master Plans in evaluating development proposals. The Basin Plans shall not be used as <br />approval criteria. <br /> <br /> 2.
