PCW paper does not meet equipment needs for efficient and reliable performance and when the <br />supply of such paper is not available from milling sources in the greater northwest, and in the <br />case that 100 percent PCW paper cost has risen over 20 percent. In such exceptions, no less than <br />30 percent PCW recycled paper is acceptable. Colored and specialty paper must contain at least <br />30 percent PCW recycled content if available. <br />Section 2 . City documents and public correspondence be printed on both sides of a sheet <br />of paper when documents exceed one page except in such cases as legal requirements or <br />available equipment preclude this ability. <br />Section 3 . Computers and copiers provided to City employees be defaulted to duplex <br />printing or copying settings. <br />Section 4 . All City departments, divisions, and work groups take steps to train <br />employees in the practice of duplex printing and copying and other applicable paper- saving <br />techniques. <br />Section 5 . Administrative Order No. 21 -05 -07 is repealed as of the effective date of this <br />Order. <br />Section 6 .
