.,.�..... _... = �i,.. -.. ter..,.., .....z....,.,... _.........- <br />ORDINANCE NO. 20224 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE REGULATIONS; <br />REPEALING SECTIONS 2.027, 7.595 7,600 7.605 7.610 AND 9.015 <br />THROUGH 9.1195 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; ADDING SECTIONS <br />9.0010 THROUGH 9.9710 TO THAT CODE; REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NOS, 18081 18974, 19402 19775 19975 19470 19329 19401, AND 19979; <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION NOS. 3105 AND 3120; AFFIRAIING SITE - <br />SPECIFIC HISTORIC ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Ordinance Nos. 18081 (Downtown Westside Special Area Zone), 1 8974 (Fifth <br />Avenue Special Development District), 19402 (Downtown Westside Special Area Zone), 19778 <br />(Elmira. Road Mixed Use District), 19975 (Blair Boulevard Historic Commercial Area), 19470 <br />(Riverfront Park Special Development District), 19329 (Wbiteaker MU -R District), 19401 <br />(Whiteaker MU-R District), and 19979 (Whiteaker MU -W District), Sections 2.027, 7.595, 7.600, <br />7.605 7.610, and 9.015 through 9.1195 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and Resolution Nos. 3105 <br />(Adopting Guidelines and Procedures for Historic Landmark Area Designation) and 3120 <br />(Establishing a Policy for Institutional Uses in the Westside Neighborhood), are hereby repealed, as <br />of the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 2. Nothing contained in this Ordinance affects the validity of the site - specific <br />historic property designations established by Ordinances numbered 17474, 17475, 17510, 17511, <br />17597 17736, 17737, 17764, 17765, 17766, 17804, 17805, 17828, 18204, 18326, 18371 15469, <br />1 5527, 1 5549, 1 5561, 1 5656, 1 5657, 1 5659, 18717, 18905, and 19975 and by Hearings Official <br />orders of January 4, 1996 with respect to the Campbell House, April 13, 1995 with respect to the <br />Potter House, and March 30, 1999 with respect to the Ball House Ensemble. The provisions of the <br />Ordinance - 1 <br />
