<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. URA 07-01 <br />of the <br />Director of the <br />Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene <br /> <br />Delegating Authority to the City of Eugene Finance <br />Officer, City Treasurer, and City Treasury Officer to Act <br />as Agency Official with Regard to Bond and Other <br />Financing Resolutions. <br /> <br />The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />A. Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City <br />of Eugene (Agency), as Director of the Agency I am authorized to act as the Agency's <br />business agent. <br /> <br />B. Bond and other financing resolutions adopted by the Agency to obtain <br />financing for needed projects direct the Agency Director, or the person designated by <br />the Agency Director (the "Agency Official"), to act on behalf of the Agency to carry out <br />the Agency's direction as set out in the resolutions. <br /> <br />C. I find it would be more efficient and in the Agency's best interests that the <br />City of Eugene's Finance Officer, City Treasurer, and City Treasury Officer be <br />designated as an Agency Officials for purposes of performing the functions and duties <br />of the Agency Official as described in the bond or other financing resolutions. <br /> <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, <br /> <br />The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Orders <br /> <br />that: <br /> <br />The City of Eugene's Finance Officer, City Treasurer and City Treasury Officer <br />are designated as Agency Officials for purposes of performing the functions and duties <br />of the Agency Official set forth in bond or other financing resolutions, and are each <br />authorized to carry out the direction from the Agency pursuant to the resolutions, <br />including, but not limited to, negotiating and executing legal documents. <br /> <br />Dated this l.?day of August, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />Administrative Order <br />
