ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. URA 07-01 of the Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Delegating Authority to the City of Eugene Finance Officer, City Treasurer, and City Treasury Officer to Act as Agency Official with Regard to Bond and Other Financing Resolutions. The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that: A. Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene (Agency), as Director of the Agency I am authorized to act as the Agency's business agent. B. Bond and other financing resolutions adopted by the Agency to obtain financing for needed projects direct the Agency Director, or the person designated by the Agency Director (the "Agency Official"), to act on behalf of the Agency to carry out the Agency's direction as set out in the resolutions. C. I find it would be more efficient and in the Agency's best interests that the City of Eugene's Finance Officer, City Treasurer, and City Treasury Officer be designated as an Agency Officials for purposes of performing the functions and duties of the Agency Official as described in the bond or other financing resolutions. Now, therefore, based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene Orders that: The City of Eugene's Finance Officer, City Treasurer and City Treasury Officer are designated as Agency Officials for purposes of performing the functions and duties of the Agency Official set forth in bond or other financing resolutions, and are each authorized to carry out the direction from the Agency pursuant to the resolutions, including, but not limited to, negotiating and executing legal documents.
