Bob Neher, a principal of <br />the executive recruitment firm of Bennett Yarger, will be present to make the presentation and discuss <br />related issues. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />This is will be the third work session with the recruiter. In previous meetings timelines, community <br />outreach, candidate profile and feedback from various stakeholder groups have been discussed. This is <br />planned to be the final direct meeting with the recruiter prior to posting the position of city manager. A <br />follow-up meeting to review the results of the national search will be scheduled sometime in December. <br /> <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />This item is not directly related to a City policy.
