PMZ No. 1 Administrative Action of the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon Designating Parking Meter Zone Eugene Code 5.040(d) provides that the City Manager or the manager's designee shall, by administrative action, designate parking meter zones. Administrative Order No. 58-09-14 delegates the City Manager's duties under EC 5.040 to the Traffic Engineer of the Public Works Department. Pursuant to the above -authority, I hereby designate the following street(s), or identified segments thereof, as a parking meter zone: 14th Avenue, between Hilyard and Alder Streets, north and south sides of the street 15th Avenue, between Hilyard and Kincaid Streets, north and south sides of the street 15th Avenue, between Moss and Villard Streets, north and south sides of the street 17th Avenue, between Agate Street and Agate Alley, north and south sides of the street 17th Avenue, between Agate Alley and Villard Street, north side of the street Villard Street, between Franklin Boulevard and 15th Avenue, east and west sides of the street Orchard Street, between Franklin Boulevard and 15th Avenue, east and west sides of the street Walnut Street, between Franklin Boulevard and 15th Avenue, east and west sides of the street The above-described parking meter zone is shown on the attached map, which is hereby adopted as Exhibit A. As a designated parking meter zone, parking meters shall be installed along the above-described street(s) and the cost to park at the metered parking spaces shall be charged in accordance with the City's adopted fee schedule.
