McDonald, Teague, Williams, Hershner, and Bradshaw. <br /> Mrs. Campbell was absent. <br /> I - Presentation of Flags - Mike Feig, 345 East 50th Avenue, Downtown Activities Chairman for <br /> the Eugene Downtown Association, presented a United States flag and an Oregon State flag <br /> to the City. He asked that they be flown in the central plaza of the downtown mall. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III - A. Appeal, Southridge PUD, North of 52nd and west of Willamette - Submitted by Margaret <br /> Schnabel, 25 East 48th Avenue, and four other residents of the area, appealing the <br /> October 24, 1972 decision of the Planning Commission granting final approval of South- <br /> ridge PUD Phase I on about 33 acres for 128 dwelling units. The final approval was <br /> granted on the following conditions: <br /> 0' <br /> l- One access road is desirable, rather than a split system as indicated. <br /> This single entrance road should occur where the proposed one-way exit <br /> road is situated. (This location materially reduces grade problems of <br /> the former location.) <br /> 2. Phase 1 final approval does not include any of the proposed development <br /> west of the westernmost "A" buildings or pool-recreation complex. This -- <br /> "B" buildings-parking structure area, with ancillary roads and walks must <br /> be approved separately subsequent to receipt of adequate information for <br /> staff evaluation. <br /> 3.
