ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO, 21-05.04 <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br /> Reorganizing and Affirming City Departmental Organization; <br /> and Repeal of Administrative Order 21-04.07, <br /> <br /> The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> A, Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002, <br />the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to <br />appoint and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, <br />as deemed necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all <br />ordinancesofthe City, <br /> <br /> B, Pursuant to that authority, on October 8, 2004 the City Manager issued <br />Administrative Order No, 21-04-07 that established and/or ratified the official Departments and <br />Divisions of the City of Eugene, <br /> <br /> C,, Since that time changes have occurred within the Police Department, and <br />Administrative Order No, 21-04-07 should be repealed, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS <br />THAT: <br /> <br /> 1,~ Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, the following are hereby <br />established and/or ratified as the official Departments and Divisions of the City of Eugene: <br /> <br /> Central Services: <br /> City Manager's Office <br /> Facility Management <br /> Information Services <br /> Financial Services <br /> Municipal Court <br /> City Prosecutor's Office <br /> Human Resource & Risk Services Department <br /> Human Resource Services <br /> Risk Services <br /> <br /> Fire & Emergency Medical Services Department: <br /> Administrative Services Division <br /> Field Operations Division <br /> <br />Administrative Order- 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
