ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-19-15 <br />of the <br />Maintenance Division Manager of the Public Works Department <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF EUGENE'S SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE <br />MAP AND REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-15-27. <br />The Maintenance Division Manager of the Public Works Department of the City of <br />Eugene finds that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002 , the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City specifically authorized to enforce <br />all ordinances of the City. <br />B. Section 5.686 of the Eugene Code, 1971, provides that the City Manager or the <br />Manager 's designee may change the priority of roadways or add new roadways to the snow <br />emergency route map. <br />C. On November 9, 2005, the City Manager issued Administrative Order No. 58-05- <br />12 authorizing the Public Works Maintenance Division Manager to perform the duties of the City <br />Manager set forth in Sections 5.677 to 5 .687 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />D. On July 1, 2019, the City Manager issued Administrative Order No. 21-19-05 <br />reaffirming me as the Public Works Maintenance Division Manager. <br />E. I have reviewed the current Snow Emergency Route Map adopted by <br />Administrative Order No. 58-15-27 and have determined that it should be replaced by the map <br />attached as Exhibit A to this Order. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the above findings, I order that: <br />1. As of the effective date of this Order, the Snow Emergency Route Map for the City <br />of Eugene is the map set forth in Exhibit A. <br />2.
