ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-19-21-F <br />ofthe <br />City Manager Pro Tern <br />ADOPTION OF AIRPORT BADGE HOLDER RULES AND REGULATIONS. <br />The City Manager Pro Tern of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Pursuant to Sections 2.019 and 2.430 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager <br />is authorized to adopt rules regulating use of the Airport. <br />B. On December 23, 2019, Administrative Order No. 58-19-21 was issued ordering <br />that notice be given of the opportunity to submit written comments on a proposal to adopt Airport <br />Badge Holder Rules and Regulations ("the Rule"). Implementation of the Rules is required by the <br />Transportation Safety Administration for purposes of strengthening Airport security. <br />C. Notice of the proposed Rule adoption specified that written comments would be <br />received for a period of 15 days from December 26, 2019, the first date of publication of the Notice. <br />No comments concerning the proposed Rules were submitted within the time or in the manner set out <br />in the Notice. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The Airport Badge Holder Rules and Regulations set forth below, including the <br />att'ached "Violation of Badge Holder Regulations" Enforcement Matrix attached as Attachment A <br />to the Rules, are adopted. <br />2. A copy of this Order, including Attachment A, shall be promptly forwarded to the <br />Mayor and City Councilors.
