ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. URA 10-01 <br />of the Director of the <br />Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene <br />DELEGATING AUTHORITY To SARAH MEDARY, ASSISTANT CITY <br />MANAGER, To ACT AS AGENCY OFFICIAL WITH REGARD To THE <br />CITY /13ENNETTIWOOLWORTH TRANSACTION. <br />The Director of the Urban. Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene <br />(Agency), as Director of the Agency, I am authorized to act as the Agency's business agent. <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings, <br />The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the-City of Eugene orders that: <br />Sarah Medary, Assistant City Manager, is authorized to sign documents related to the <br />City of Eugene, Eugene Urban Renewal Agency, and the Sennett transaction, including but not <br />limited to, documents that: <br />1. Allow for the property (vacant. lot next to the centre court building) to transfer from <br />Beam to Bennett Properties LLC (and then to Woolworth Properties LLC). This includes <br />transferring the existing $404k acquisition DRLP loan from Beam to Bennett and amending <br />several of the existing Beam /Agency documents to allow the property release; and <br />Z.
