ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53-04-07-F <br /> <br /> REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> NO. 53-94-02-F AND AMBULANCE ADMINISTRATIVE <br /> RULE R-3.850 ADOPTED THEREIN. <br /> <br /> The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> A. Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 2.019 and 3.850 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, Ambulance Administrative Rule R-3.850 was adopted by Administrative Order No. 53-94-02- <br />F on August 8, 1994. <br /> <br /> B. Based on the findings contained in Administrative Order No. 53-04-07 issued on June <br />25, 2004 1 proposed the repeal of Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and Ambulance Rule R- <br />3.850 adopted therein. <br /> <br /> C. Notice of the proposed repeal of Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and <br />Ambulance Administrative Rule R-3.850 adopted therein was given to those currently registered, <br />and to any persons who had requested notice. The Notice was also published in the Register Guard, <br />a newspaper of general circulation within the City for at least five consecutive days, to-wit, July 2, <br />3, 4, 5, 6, 2004, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data <br />or comments thereon. No comments were received within the time or in the manner required. <br /> <br /> Based on the above f'mdings, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the authority <br />contained in Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br /> <br /> I hereby repeal Administrative Order No. 53-94-02-F and Ambulance Rule R-3.850 <br />adopted therein, as of the effective date of this Order. <br /> <br /> Dated and effective this Z~ day of July 2004. <br /> <br /> Dennis M.
