REVISED MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Poling, seconded by Councilor Clark, moved to <br />direct the City Manager to bring back to council a proposal to require rest -stop providers <br />to purchase liability insurance to protect the City, with the amount of insurance at least <br />equal to the limits of City liability under the Oregon Tort Claims Act.
