Jennifer Frenzer- Knowlton - asked for four more rest stops and keeping Whoville intact. <br />36. Gregory Rose - Supported the SLEEPS proposal to allow Whoville to remain in place <br />37. Ambrose H oltham- Keathley - reported that Whoville is a successful initiative. <br />38. Madeline Smith - supported an environmental justice petition to preserve the Earth. <br />39. Reagan Clark - advocated for the rights of the homeless to be warm and safe <br />40. Scotty Perey - asked for a continuation of Whoville and a lifting of the camping ban. <br />41. Peter Grotticelli - said that tribal communities are growing, people are helping each other. <br />42. Michael Adams - asked the council not to shut down Whoville, where campers can feel safe. <br />43. Michael Gannon - said life on the street is not easy; questioned the City's priorities. <br />44. Tzedakah - asked that Whoville be allowed to continue; it is saving lives. <br />45.
