BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br />Section 1. The amendments to the Stormwater System Development Charge (SDC) <br />Methodology shown in Exhibit A are adopted. <br />Section 2. The unamended portions of the Stormwater SDC Methodology remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section 3.
