AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO DISCRIMINATE BASED ON <br />GENDER IDENTITY, AND AMENDING SECTION 4.615 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 . Suction 4.615 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by revising the <br />definition of "Sexual orientation" to provide as follows; <br />4.615 Haman Rights - Definitions For purposes of sections 4.615 to 4.655, the <br />fallowing shall mean: <br />Sexual orientation. Actual or peroeived heterosexuality, homosexuality, <br />bisexuality, or gender identity.. <br />Section 2 .
