MINUTES <br />Eugene City Council <br />Harris Hall, 125 East 8th Avenue <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 <br />February 10, 2014 <br />5:30 PM <br />Councilors Present: George Brown, Betty Taylor, Alan Zelenka, George Poling, Mike Clark, Chris Pryor, <br />Claire Syrett, Greg Evans <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION: Harris Hall <br />A. WORK SESSION: City Hall Rebuild Update <br />Mayor Piercy convened the February 10, 2014 City Council work session. City Manager, Jon Ruiz <br />introduced this topic and turned the floor over to the City's Design and Construction Section <br />Manager, Mike Penwell. Mr. Penwell introduced the members of the Rowell Brokaw Architecture <br />team. They presented sketches of possible designs for phase 1 of the City Hall rebuild. <br />Councilors were asked to weigh in on various aspects of the project, which included art, public <br />access, visibility, history and other items.
