PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Amending the November 1999 Street Classification Map Adopted by Ordinance No. 20181 to Designate Collector Streets in the Crest Drive Neighborhood Manager: Introduces topic, presents' background information. Mayor opens the public hearing: Those wishing to speak during the Public Hearing must submit a completed "Request to Speak" form to the information desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you come to the podium to speak, please give your name and address; you will have three minutes to comment. There are lights' on the podium; the yellow light indicates you have 1.5 seconds' to complete your comments'. The red light indicates the end of three minutes. Mayor: Closes the public hearing. ACTION: Appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees Budget Committee Council President: I move to reappoint Terrance McDonaM to Position 2 on the Budget Committee for a three-year term beginning November 1, 2004, and ending on October $1, 2007.
