ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-14-01 <br />of the City Manager <br />DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC <br />WORKS DEPARTMENT THE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE PARKING <br />CITATIONS AT THE EUGENE AIRPORT. <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene fords that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002, <br />the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to <br />appoint and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, <br />as deemed necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all <br />ordinances of the City. <br />B. It would be most efficient and in the public interest to delegate to the Public <br />Works Executive Director the authority to issue parking citations at the Eugene Airport. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Manager of the City of Eugene orders and directs <br />that: <br />1. The Public Works Executive Director is granted authority to issue parking <br />citations at the Eugene Airport. <br />2. The Public Works Executive Director may in turn delegate the duties or <br />responsibilities delegated in this Order to the Airport Director upon finding it would be more <br />efficient and in the public interest to do so. <br />Dated and effective this /`�n - day of _ i �''r4t/ , 2014. <br />Jon R.
