2. Who do you consider to be the most vulnerable communities in Eugene and why? What do you <br /> feel are the most important issues facing members of those vulnerable communities and what are <br /> your ideas for addressing those issues? <br /> <br /> 3. Please give an example of a conflict situation you've been in and how you resolved it. <br /> <br /> 4. We recognize that many people apply to serve on the Human Rights Commission because they are <br /> passionate for a particular group or a specific issue. It's important that commissioners have the <br /> ability to work on a range of human rights issues. Assess your ability to work with others on is- <br /> sues that may not be your top concern. <br /> <br /> 5.
