<br /> e. Public or private parking areas, service
<br /> drives or parking spaces in conjunction with any building
<br /> or use permitted or as a use permitted in any residential
<br /> district shall be permitted in interior yards, provided
<br /> that said parking areas, service drives or parking spaces
<br /> shall comply with the requirements of sections 9.580 to
<br /> 9,598.
<br /> f. No recreational vehicles, boat trailers,
<br /> camperettes, or other vehicles may be parked in the
<br /> landscaped portion of a required front yard.
<br /> g. The landscaping in the first ten feet of the
<br /> front yard setback from the street will provide adequate
<br /> vision clearance for vehicles and pedestrians passing on
<br /> public rights-of-way as well as those leaving development
<br /> sites and adjacent properties.
<br /> 3, In any commercial or industrial district, except C-1
<br /> and I-1, parking spaces shall be permitted in any required
<br /> interior yard if required landscape provisions of section 9.542
<br /> (b) and (c) are met. In the C-1, C-4. and GO districts, parking
<br /> is not permitted in the required front yard. In the I-1
<br /> district, parking spaces may be located in required front yards
<br /> if more than 20 feet from all abutting streets.
<br /> (e) Public telephone booths and public bus shelters. Provided
<br />vision clearance is maintained for vehicles passing on the street and
<br />leaving the development site, in accordance with the requirements for
<br />vision clearance under sections 9.015 and 9.538(6) of this Code.

<br />9,546 Residential Net Density.
<br /> (1) Net densities in residential areas are limited as follows:
<br /> (a) RA and R-1 districts. Except as provided for in section
<br /> 9.060, in the RA and R-1 districts there shall be a minimum of 4,500
<br /> square feet of lot or development site area per dwelling unit.
<br /> (b) R-2 district. Between 10 and 20 units per acre.
<br /> (c) R-3 district. Between 15 and 40 units per acre.
<br /> (d) R-4 district. Between 20 and 110 units per acre.
<br /> (2) Buildings and uses conforming to the residential density
<br />requirements in the R-2, R-3 and R-4 zoning districts on (date of adoption) are
<br />exempt from sections 9.612 to 9.620 pertaining to nonconforming uses. This
<br />exemption is limited to development sites in the R-2, R-3, and R-4 zoning districts
<br />on which residential buildings and uses existed, or in which a building permit or
<br />land use application is pending, on (date of adoption). If such a building which
<br />is nonconforming for minimum density is destroyed by ~re or other causes beyond
<br />the control of the owner, the development site may be redeveloped with the previous
<br />number of unit(s) if completely rebuilt within 5ve years. If not completely
<br />rebuilt within ~ve years, the development site is subject to the density standards
<br />of this section.
