Section 2. Subsection (4) of Section 9.8865 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding a new subparagraph "(p)" thereto, to provide: 9.8865 Zone Change Approval Criteria. Approval of a zone change application, including the designation of an overlay zone, shall not be approved unless it meets all of the following criteria: (4) The proposed zone change is consistent with the applicable siting requirements set out for the specific zone in: (p) An uncodified ordinance establishing a site specific S-H Historic Special Area Zone, a copy of which is maintained at the city's planning and development department. Section 3. The Eugene Zoning Map is amended to rezone the property located at 996 Jefferson Street, Eugene, Oregon, Assessor's Map 17-03-31-24, Tax Lot 9200 from its existing R-2/R-3 zone to S-HK Historic Kaufman House Special Area Zone, as described on the attached Exhibit B. Section 4. The findings attached as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference are adopted in support of this action. Section 5. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein.
