ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br /> LEGISLATIVE REVISION <br /> OF ORIGINAL ORDINANCE <br /> <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br />amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Due to the passage of Measure 37 at the General Election on <br />November 2, 2004 with an effective date 30 days thereafter, the City Council declares it <br />is necessary for the preservation of the public health, welfare and safety for this <br />Ordinance to have immediate effect. On November 3, 2004 the City Council <br />unanimously agreed to proceed with adoption of this Ordinance with an abbreviated <br />notice of the public hearing thereon. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
