Draft 9/29/14 <br />Chapter III is composed of specific elements, including an introductory text, applicable goals <br />4 <br />from Chapter II, and findings, objectives, and policies.The specific elements are: Residential <br />Land Use and Housing; Economic; Environmental Resources; Willamette River Greenway, <br />River Corridors, and Waterways; Environmental Design; Transportation; Public Facilities and <br />Services; Parks and Recreation Facilities; Historic Preservation; Energy; and Citizen <br />Involvement. <br />Review, Amendments, and Refinements <br />Metro Plan <br />Chapter IV of the Metro Plan establishes the procedures for ensuring that the Metro Plan <br />retains its applicability to changing circumstances in the community.
