Draft 9/29/14 <br />Urban Growth Boundary Location Description Keyed to <br />Plan Boundaries Map <br />Metro Plan <br />For an up-to-date information regarding map showing the areas west of Interstate 5 where the <br />UGB is tax lot-specific.(i.e., where the UGB and city limits are the same, through annexations <br />or to the outside edge of existing rights-of-way), contact the Lane Council of Governments <br />(LCOG). Copies are on file at LCOG and the planning offices of the City of Eugene , <br />Springfield, andor Lane County. As explained in Chapter II-G, the metropolitan UGB was <br />developed considering the seven factors that were then set out in LCDC Statewide Planning Goal <br />14: Urbanization.
