ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 57-14-06 <br />EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY AMENDMENTS ADOPTED BY <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 57 -14 -04 CONCERNING CUTHBERT <br />AMPHITHEATER HOUSE RULES ADOPTED BY ADMINISTRATIVE <br />ORDER NO. 57-12-01-F. <br />The Executive Director of the Library, Recreation & Cultural Services Department <br />(LRCS) of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A. Pursuant to Administrative Order No. 57 -95 -01 and Section 2.019 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971 (EC), on March 9, 2012, I, as AIC Executive Director of LRCS, issued <br />Administrative Order No. 57- 12 -01 -F adopting Cuthbert Amphitheater House Rules. <br />B. Pursuant to EC 2.019(5), on July 9, 2014, I issued Administrative Order No. 57- <br />14-04 adopting temporary amendments to Cuthbert Amphitheater House Rule 1.020 in order to <br />increase patron safety at Cuthbert events. That Administrative Order will expire on January 5, <br />2015. It is necessary to extend the temporary amendments adopted by Administrative Order No. <br />57 -14 -04 while permanent amendments are being prepared and processed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the temporary amendment to Cuthbert Amphitheater House Rule <br />1.020 adopted by Administrative Order No. 57 -14 -04 is extended and shall remain in effect for a <br />period of 180 days from the effective date of this Order unless replaced earlier by an emergency <br />rule, temporary rule, or permanent rule adopted in accordance with the provisions of EC 2.019. <br />Dated and effective this -�= day of December, 2014. <br />Renee Grube <br />Executive Director of the Library, Recreation & <br />Cultural Services.
