The active ground floor includes <br />14,000 square-feet of commercial space occupied by a mix of <br />retail, restaurant, and office uses. The market-rate apartments <br />range in size from studio lofts to twcrbedroom units. This <br />unique publicI private partnership is a major anchor for the <br />downtown core area. <br /> <br />Downtown Public Library <br /> <br /> <br />The new Eugene Public Library is an <br />architectural showpiece and civic landmark for <br />Downtown.
