Provide a statement outlining the developer's or development team's readiness <br />to proceed with the purchase and development of the site. The statement should <br />include a preliminary timetable for the project. <br /> <br />4. Financial Capacity <br /> <br />A. Identify the estimated project cost and potential sources of equity and debt <br />financing for the purchase and development of the site. <br /> <br />5. Purchase Price <br /> <br />A. Provide your proposed purchase price (cash or equivalent value) for the 10th and <br />Charnelton development site. (The City of Eugene is under no obligation to accept <br />the highest offer.) <br /> <br />B.
