<br />PRICE AND TERMS <br /> <br />Fair market value of $970,000 has been determined by an appraisal completed on May 10, <br />2006. Purchase proposals which reflect at least fair market value are preferred but not <br />required. The Urban Renewal Agency is willing to negotiate based on the overall public <br />benefit provided by the project. A fee simple sale is preferred. A good faith deposit equal to <br />ten percent of the sale price is required upon the signing of the development agreement. <br />Broker fees will not be paid by the Urban Renewal Agency. Copies of the appraisal are <br />available upon request. <br /> <br />SUBMITTING PROPOSALS <br /> <br />The Urban Renewal Agency invites proposals from prospective purchasers setting forth <br />details regarding the development concept, offer to purchase, and other issues identified in <br />this RFP. The format for submitting proposals and the details of the selection process are <br />included in this RFP.
