Ms. Solomon, seconded by Ms. Ortiz, moved to direct the City Manager to develop an RFP <br />for the Sears site and bring it back to the council for review after first seeking comments <br />from the Planning Commission, to secure an updated appraisal of the site, and to direct the <br />City Manager to continue to work with ORI to site its new facility downtown. <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman indicated support for the motion with the common understanding that the council was seeking <br />updates on the criteria, and the RFP the council would review would be a draft RFP. <br /> <br /> The motion passed unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:58 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dennis M.
