Consequently, those power lines mn along the southern and western edges of the <br /> property. They cross the EWEB power lines, which run along the northern edge of the property. <br /> The preliminary layout plans included in Exhibit A do not reflect the fact that no physical <br /> structures can be built on the subject property within approximately 50 to 60 feet of Laurel Hill <br /> Drive. Consequently, fewer residences than are shown on the preliminary layout plans could <br /> actually be built on the subject property. <br /> <br /> I apologize for any confusion caused by Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> Dan Terrell <br /> <br /> <br />
