3) The plan of The Patterson House is for each unit to have French doors
leading to a small metal deck outside. The front of the property will have a large
porch for socializing. Its appearance will be similar to that of the adjoining Beta
House with a brick fagade and front pillars. We feel this will fit quite nicely with
the surrounding neighborhood, maintaining the neighborhood character.

4) Security - as with past projects including The Hilyard House, Security
will be a priority. The Patterson House will have a keyed entry system as well as a
telephone security station at the front door. Access to the gated parking facility
will be by remote control as well as access to the secure bike garage.

To stunmarize, this is a quality project that will bring quality housing to this now
vacant lot. The contractor, architect and principals involved are all well respected
within this community as well as vital members of it. The Patterson House would
be a quality addition to this area and needs this 1 O-year Tax Exemption to make it
happen.

I would gladly sign a compliance agreement on these terms subject of course to
the City of Eugene Permits.

Thank you for your consideration.

Co-Principal
