Exhibit B - Description of the Patterson Street Underpass Project <br /> <br />The Patterson Street Underpass is planned as a two lane facility extending from Broadway to the <br />north side of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). The roadway will provide two-way access and <br />be grade-separated at the UPRR and the planned Highway 99W.
